By accessing or using CheckYourLab (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CheckYourLab is an online directory and matching platform that connects cosmetic brands with verified manufacturers. We provide search tools, AI-powered matching, and direct communication features.
3. User Accounts
You may create an account to access additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Free Access for Brands
Searching, filtering, and contacting manufacturers is free for brands. We reserve the right to introduce premium features for brands in the future, with advance notice.
5. Manufacturer Listings
Manufacturers may list their profiles on a paid subscription basis. Listing fees are non-refundable after the verification process has been completed. Manufacturers must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
6. Verification
CheckYourLab verifies manufacturer certifications and capabilities to the best of our ability. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of all information and recommend that brands conduct their own due diligence before entering into contracts.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Service to: post false or misleading information, spam other users, scrape or harvest data, reverse engineer the platform, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CheckYourLab or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
CheckYourLab is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from transactions between brands and manufacturers facilitated through the platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, Poland.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
